Who we are

Steering software the way a cox steers a shell.

Ravencox Inc is a software development company. The name is deliberate: a cox keeps stroke, line, and timing honest while the crew does the work. We do the same for product programs—writing the systems, setting the cadence, and keeping delivery pointed at a finish that still works six months later.

Our Services

We deliver software
and keep what matters

Engagements start with a shared picture of the operating problem, then move into architecture, build, quality, and handover. We do not sell a stack. We sell software that a team can own.

Talk with us

Shape a product from first usable slice to a release cadence: information architecture, interface contracts, and a codebase that new engineers can enter without a guided tour.

Build internal and customer-facing applications around real work: approvals, exceptions, audit trails, and the awkward edges that generic suites leave on the floor.

Connect systems with APIs, events, and durable jobs so data does not live in one heroic spreadsheet. We leave you a pattern your team can still draw on a whiteboard.

Treat tests as product surface: contract checks, release rehearsals, and observability that tells an operator what actually broke instead of a red wall of noise.

Package environments, secrets, and rollouts so production is a practiced motion, not a late-night improvisation. We favor boring infrastructure that stays boring.

Replace the parts of a system that have become load-bearing folklore: strangler slices, data migration with receipts, and interfaces that stop leaking twenty years of special cases.

Testimonials

Hear what our partners say.

  • “ Ravencox treated our delivery calendar as a physical object, not a slide. They replaced a weekly status ritual with a room where the release state was already true. ”

  • “ The integration work did not arrive as mystery middleware. Their engineers sat with ours, named every brittle hop, and left us a bus we can still draw on a whiteboard. ”

    Marcus Ellery Head of Systems

  • “ They changed the hour before go-live. We stopped arguing from memory. The checks, the owners, and the rollback path finally lived in one place. ”

Studio notes

How we think about shipping

Short field notes from the Ravencox studio: architecture, quality, and the rooms where software actually changes.

Delivery Rooms

Why software fails after the demo

Demos hide seams. Production exposes them. We write about the quiet work of making a slice survivable: ownership, rollback, and the first week after launch.

Interfaces

The quiet cost of undocumented contracts

Every implicit field becomes a future outage. We keep interface contracts as first-class artifacts, the same way we keep source.

Handover

Shipping rooms, not tickets

A ticket closed is not a system owned. Ravencox handover includes runbooks, named operators, and a week of paired watch so knowledge does not leave with the last deploy.
